I am becoming a folk artist with food.
I am untrained and naïve in the art of preparing food. Frankly, I'm sure a lot of people are - but I can not follow a recipe with out seriously altering it. I don't think I have a superior palate but it has been developing (perhaps in its own peculiar way). I can eat all kinds of crappy junk but if I'm cooking I can't help but be opinionated, crafty, or highly experimental.
